@drwho @antifarben All of NPM is like this, and has been for years. JS devs believe that you should have "tight" libraries, consequently there are a bajillion things that you'd bang out as a oneliner in any other language, but which have thousands of lines of Travis/packaging/test boilerplate and 30 million downloads. For functionality which is literally `return x !== x`[1]

NPM isn't so much a package repository as it is installable StackOverflow answers.
